With a panmax container gantry crane, a harbour crane and container reach stackers, Cuxport is well equipped to manage the rapid transshipment of containers.
Cuxport also maintains professional, modern equipment to warehouse and transship break bulk goods such as paper, steel products, timber and forest products. Our roofed warehouse enables protected loading and unloading from rail wagons and trucks.
The Cuxport terminal is ideally equipped for the transshipment of heavy-weight items. With cranes that have capacities of up to 100 tons and heavy-load ramps, terminal area and connecting roads, oversized and heavy-lift goods can be stored, moved and loaded to and from our terminals with ease.
Cuxport handles the transshipment of wheeled cargo such as vehicles and trailers. Cargo without wheels is being transshipped onto rolltrailers or via SPMT. We operate two RoRo berths with adjustable ramps up to 250 tons and maintain our own fleet of tractors and rolltrailers.
Cuxport is part of the Offshore-Industry-Centre Cuxhaven and provides services for offshore parks in the North sea. In the onshore sector, we load and unload ships and provide storage capacity in the hinterland.
